This guide is for you if:
you recently lost someone to suicide
you are in acute grief over the loss of someone to suicide
acute grief can occur at any point after a loss - months to years later
you are supporting someone you care about who recently lost someone to suicide
While there is no one way to experience a suicide loss, I’ve made this survival guide to provide some offerings. I hope you’ll refer to this guide especially in the most early days following a loss or when the grief is most acute - this may be around a birthday, a significant anniversary, a milestone, their death anniversary or it could be at a seemingly random time of year.
